By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing the Quranic Voyage Learning Management System (the "Platform" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not consent to all rules, parameters, and responsibilities laid out herein, you are prohibited from using the platform.

We reserve the right to revise, update, or alter these terms at any time. Changes will be notified via our announcements channel or directly via email. Continued use of the platform after updates signifies acceptance of the amended terms.

2. Eligibility

Our services are targeted towards students seeking structural guidance in Quranic and Arabic studies. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained authorization from a parent or guardian who agrees to oversee your usage and accept financial responsibility for any premium enrollments.

3. User Responsibilities

When creating an account, you must provide truthful, complete, and accurate information, including age, country, and academic levels, to allow us to construct an optimized personalized study plan.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and reset tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

As a student on our platform, you agree to engage respectfully with peers, teachers, and administrators. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Using offensive, profane, or abusive language in message boards, submissions, or the AI Assistant chat interface.
• Attempting to bypass security blocks, lock states on premium lessons, or cheat during exam evaluations.
• Sharing your account login details or premium video access keys with unregistered third parties.

5. Course Content

All material, including weekly Timeline timelines, lecture videos, tajweed guidelines, quiz banks, and homework assignments, is crafted for educational use. Quranic Voyage does not guarantee absolute fluency or recitation perfection; outcomes depend heavily on individual dedication, study streak consistency, and review submissions.

6. Intellectual Property

The lessons, curriculum schemas, original graphics, logo branding, and AI Assistant designs are the exclusive property of Quranic Voyage. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, record, download, or distribute course contents without explicit written consent.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. The collection, storage, and processing of your personal information, WhatsApp contacts, and Google OAuth credentials are governed strictly by our Privacy Policy.

8. Payments & Refunds

Certain premium courses require tuition fees. Payment details, transfer receipts, and manual payment requests must be submitted accurately.

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you request a cancellation within 7 days of course launch and have not completed more than two weekly lessons, you may be eligible for a full refund minus processing charges.

9. Account Suspension

Quranic Voyage reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, engage in plagiarized exam attempts, fail to pay enrollment fees, or behave abusively towards instructors.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Quranic Voyage be held liable for temporary system outages, data loss, database server disruptions, or the performance of Resend email delivery systems.
