• Configure your weekly lesson timeline (Default or Personalized pathways).
• Validate homework submissions and compile leaderboard score lists based on gender filter constraints.
• Dispatch transactional emails (via Resend integrations) for password recoveries or announcements.
• Respond to queries asked to the AI Assistant.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

Our system uses secure session tokens saved in cookies (`httpOnly: true, secure: true, sameSite: 'none'`) to authorize API requests and verify session logs. Local storage is used to persist user preferences like light/dark mode configuration (`qv_lms_theme`) and remembered sign-in emails.

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols. Passwords are securely processed via bcrypt encryption prior to Mongo database storage. API routes are secured with bearer JWT verification headers, preventing unauthorized access.

5. Third-Party Services

We collaborate with select third-party services:

• Resend: Handles delivery of transactional notifications and registration welcome messages.
• Google Cloud Identity: Authorizes quick registration/sign-ins via secure client tokens.
• YouTube: Streams video lessons inside timeline drawers.

6. Google Authentication

By utilizing Google login, you authorize the sharing of basic email profiles and names with Quranic Voyage. We use this token exclusively to link your account. We do not retrieve your external search history, drive files, or contact list data.

7. User Rights

You retain complete ownership over your data. You may edit your phone numbers, occupation, location details, and credentials directly within the settings module. Restricted fields (like gender and email address) require manual review to preserve the database integrity.

8. Data Retention

We store account structures and points histories as long as your profile remains active. Upon request for profile deletion, your data will be permanently cleared from active databases within 30 business days, excluding records required for accounting or legal audits.
